Chicago screening for Abir-Paoli’s dark love story ‘Tritiya Adhyay’

Manoj Michigan directed ‘Tritiya Adhyay’ which released earlier this year has already traveled a handful of film festivals receiving appreciation from all corners after it was lapped by the audience. And now, the romantic thriller is the official selection at the inaugural Chicago Bengali Film Festival. It will be screened on September 7.
Starring Abir Chatterjee and Paoli Dam in the lead, 'Tritiya Adhyay' is a romantic thriller that redefines the boundaries of love through its characters: their sacrifices, their passion, and their retribution.When Koushik (Abir) on his mission stumbles upon his ex-girlfriend Shreya (Paoli) in a small town in Jharkhand, their lives change forever. The demons from the past rear its ugly head, and thereon begins a nightmare of a dark thrilling ride to its ultimate destination...the victory of Love.
Previously Abir and Paoli were seen in Mainak Bhaumik's 2012 release ‘Bedroom’. The pair again shared screen space in 2013 film ‘White Mischief’. On the other hand, Manoj Michigan’s first film with Abir was the critically acclaimed ‘Aami Joy Chatterjee’.
