Estranged couple Srabanti Chatterjee and Roshan Singh at loggerheads
Srabanti Chatterjee's personal life has always grabbed headlines and that too for all those wrong reasons. The regular trolling because of failed marriages has now turned into a brutal personal attack on social media. Whenever the actress has thought that it will be her 'Mr. Right', destiny has taken a U-turn proving her wrong.
Troubled married life
The Bengali diva first got married in 2003 with filmmaker Rajiv Kumar Biswas at a tender age of only 16. While things looked all fine between the couple, they surprised everyone in 2016 parting ways after 13 long years of marital life. After that, Srabanti found love in popular model Krishan Vraj and got married for the second time in 2016. But, in 2017, their divorce once again stirred controversy. The actress then got involved in a relationship with Roshan Singh in 2018 and they tied the marital knot in 2019.

A sad reality
It finally looked happily ever after for the couple smitten in love. Their mushy pictures used to give relationship goals for any couple. But towards the end of 2020, rumours of a rift and a troubled marriage again caught our attention. Though Srabanti never shared anything about her personal life, she filed for a divorce case at the Alipore Court in Kolkata on September 16 this year.

What went wrong
Meanwhile, Roshan Singh, who is still in contact with a few friends of Srabanti recently came up with a shocking allegation against Srabanti. Speaking to a news daily he claimed that Srabanti is defaming him starting sort of a public trial on social media. Roshan further alleged the actress has also body-shamed him and said to her friends that since Roshan is fat, he can’t make love to her. However, Roshan mentioned that he hasn't heard these things from directly from but those who have given him the information are all trusted people.
The blame game
Roshan Singh, a cabin crew by profession, also claimed that what Srabanti is doing is spreading false rumours against him. According to him, he never took Rs. 1 crore from her. Roshan says if Srabanti has any complaints it should be talked about in the court, instead of spreading false rumours.
Srabanti remains calm despite trolling
Trolls have always been more interested in her personal life than her works but despite all those negativity and criticism Srabanti chooses to stand strong keeping her spirits high. “There were times when trolls would affect me mentally, but these days I don’t think too much about them. It once bothered my family also, but now we just read and simply laugh it off. I have decided to ignore trolls and shift my focus more on those who actually love me,” the bubbly actress had shared with ETimes earlier.
