“After my son, Trishanjit, was born, my mother gifted me the gold set, which she wore on the day of her wedding. It is a beautiful set with a unique design. I haven’t worn it till date as it is precious. I have treasured it with a lot of love for my son. This set, which I inherited from my mother, will always be special to me,” shares Arpita.

During her marriage, Rituparna's mother-in-law gifted her a mukut (crown) made of gold. "She told me that I should welcome my daughter-in-law with this mukut. The actress revealed, "My dida gifted me a meenakari chur at my wedding, which dadu had given her on their 25th anniversary. Dida also told me how dadu held her hands for hours as she wore the chur. My dida’s name was Cinema and people think I am her carbon copy in terms of looks and behaviour. When dida gave me that chur, she said it was her most favourite possession and I should treasure it. All my cousins were eyeing that chur, but she gave it to her favourite granddaughter!”

Ekavali's most precious piece of jewelry is a set of rubies, which her father had bought for her mother when they got married. "Since I lost my mother during birth, I sadly have never seen her wearing it. But every time I wear it, I feel emotional …the thought that she wore it at some point, makes it very precious and always leaves me feeling overwhelmed when I wear it,” revealed the actor.

“My grandmother gave me an extraordinary ring with a beautiful engraving that represents spirituality. It’s a diamond ring with platinum inserts. Of all my jewelry, this ring is what I’m the most possessive about and it’s very close to my heart. I was extremely close to my grandmother and that’s why this piece of jewelry will always be the most special,” Riya once shared during an interview.

“My dida gave me a diamond ring, which her father gifted her on her wedding day. It is very close to my heart and valuable too as I know the sentiment attached to it. I lost my father, so anything to do with the father-daughter relationship is precious to me. I wear this ring often and I think that dida could give me this as she loves me a lot,” shares the actress.
