Bhojpuri megastar Ravi Kishan’s popular Bollywood movies

Ravi Kishan has worked in many Bollywood movies but mainly famous for Bhojpuri cinema. Ravi Kishan has acted in many other languages movies such as Kannada, Tamil and Telugu. He was a finalist of the reality show 'Bigg Boss 1' and also participated in dance reality show ‘Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 5’. Ravi has also lent his voice to the famous movie 'Spiderman' for its Bhojpuri version. Ravi Kishan has been part of some hit Bollywood movies with big stars of B-Town.

Tere Naam

Tere Naam is one of Salman Khan’s noteworthy performances. In the movie, Ravi played the role of a priest called ‘Rameshwar’. He took the inspiration for the character from his priest father. The film is a remake of Tamil blockbuster ‘Sethu’. Tere Naam was nominated for a total of 24 awards and won 7 of them. Before Bhumika Chawla, the film was offered to Amisha Patel but scheduling conflicts prevented her from accepting. It marked Bhumika’s debut to Bollywood film industry.

Phir Hera Pheri

'Phir Hera Pheri' is known as one of the best crime comedy films of Bollywood. The film, a sequel film to 'Hera Pheri', was directed by Neeraj Vora and also starred the three actors from the previous film in the leading roles - Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty and Paresh Rawal. Ravi Kishan played the role of a bodyguard of the antagonist in the film. Bipasha Basu and Rimi Sen were also a part of the film.

Luck

Luck is an action-thriller starring popular Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt, Mithun Chakraborty, and Imran Khan. Ravi Kishan played the role of an antagonist in the film. The movie was released worldwide and fetched a very good start at single screens in most circuits. The film's album featured a song sung entirely by the lead actress Shruti Haasan who made her debut with the film.

Bullet Raja

Ravi Kishan played the role of a serial killer in Saif Ali Khan’s 'Bullet Raja'. The film is set against the backdrop of Uttar Pradesh based mafia and deals with the political and industrial power of the state. Along with Saif, Sonakshi Sinha, Jimmy Sheirgill, Chunky Panday and Gulshan Grover were also part of the film. The film was directed by Tigmanshu Dhulia and produced by Rahul Mittra, Nitin Tej Ahuja and Tigmanshu.

Agent Vinod

Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor’s 'Agent Vinod' is an action spy film directed by Sriram Raghavan. Ravi Kishan showed his action skills as he played the role of Major Rajan. The movie's title was borrowed from the 1977 film of the same name. According to Raghavan, 'Agent Vinod' is not a remake of the 1977 action film.

Money Hai Toh Honey Hai

'Money Hai Toh Honey Hai’ is a comedy film featuring a cast of Govinda, Aftab Shivdasani, Upen Patel and Manoj Bajpayee in the lead roles. Famous Bhojpuri actors Ravi Kishan and Monalisa played supporting roles in the movie. Esha Deol and the director of the film Ganesh Acharya make special appearances in the film. The story and screenplay have been done by Muazzam Beg and produced by Kumar Mangat.
