The report also revealed that Warren has been ordered to pay USD 5 million from the sale of one of their houses to Alba.

The couple is to split 50-50 royalties from individual projects

Warren is also set to receive 50% of royalties from many of the films that Alba did when they were together, including movies like ‘Machete’, ‘Valentine's Day’, ‘The Office’, and ‘Barely Famous’. Similarly, the ‘Honey’ actress will also receive royalties from the projects that Warren produced when they were together, including ‘Crips and Bloods: Made in America.’
