Meghan Markle’s itinerary in Australia: Duchess of Sussex to join 'Girls’ Weekend' retreat during trip with Prince Harry
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are set to go back to Australia for the first time in over seven years. Last time they visited the country, they were still newlyweds, and the country rolled out the red carpet for them as working royals. But this time, things look a lot different. Now, Harry and Meghan aren’t representing the royal family; they’re running their own show, with their own businesses and charity projects.

What exactly is the event about?
Per The Nightly, organizers are calling it a “girls’ weekend like no other.” The event runs April 17–19 at the InterContinental Sydney Coogee Beach, and Meghan will join a gala dinner for a candid chat and spend time with guests. Jackie “O” Henderson and Gemma O’Neill, who are both pretty well-known in Australia, created the Her Best Life platform behind the retreat. Attendees can expect yoga, meditation, sound healing, networking, and talks about women’s empowerment.
Notably, this isn’t a budget (or complimentary) getaway. Per The Nightly, tickets start at about USD 2,699 and go up past USD 3,000, depending on the package. That covers your room, meals, and access to everything, including Meghan’s conversation. She’ll focus on topics she’s passionate about: mental health, women’s rights, and resilience.
While Meghan leads the Sydney retreat, The New Daily reports, Harry’s heading to Melbourne for a workplace mental health summit, where he’ll join experts and advocates to talk about psychological safety and burnout.
