Now, Aaron’s family has shared a positive health update regarding his recovery. Quinton’s wife has shared that the 41-year-old actor is now in a “jovial mood” as he continues to recover.
After fans showed support to Aaron, his loved ones shared how much public support has meant to them during the difficult time. “We acknowledge that you’ve heard about Quinton Aaron‘s condition,” the family said in a statement obtained by PEOPLE on January 29. “We appreciate the overwhelming love, support, and prayers that Quinton has received over the past few days from his fans, the public, and our concerned community,” they added.
Jae, who played S.J. Tuohy in the film, shared playful snaps of them together in a January 26 Instagram post. He wrote, “Yesterday I got a call that Quinton is in the hospital in the ICU because he passed out at home and is in pretty bad shape.” He urged fans to pray for his well-being. “Q is one of the nicest people I’ve ever had the opportunity to meet. He’s one of my best friends. Please keep him and his family in your thoughts and prayers,” the actor added.
