Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, who is in the middle of the sexual harassment trial, faces issues selling the luxurious mansion. Although no ‘freaky’ incidents occurred in the house, many buyers fear buying the house.
No one wants to be in the Diddy mansion
The singer, who is famous for his house parties, is facing issues selling the $61.5 million mansion. Diddy listed the property on the market just a week before his arrest in September 2024. However, no agent wants to get involved with the disgraced singer, nor are the buyers interested in viewing the house.
The sprawling 10-bedroom apartment with 13 bathrooms, which is situated in the prestigious neighbourhood of Holmby Hills, has a 35-seat movie theatre, a disco ball-inspired sculpture, a grotto pool, a traditional pizza oven, a guesthouse with a recording studio and a spa facility, according to the NY Post.
However, even with the over-the-top amenities, the house has been listed for over 200 days. “I wish I could help, but no agents want to touch that house or be in any stories related to the case or the listing,” an anonymous local real estate agent stated.

The industry insiders state that the price is ‘ridiculous,’ and in the current financial conditions, no one would purchase it. In March, the listing was removed for a momentary period, only to reappear with the exact price 12 hours later.
Casandra ‘Cassie’ Ventura revealed that no ‘freaky’ parties have happened in the apartment; however, it appears that the potential buyers do not want to associate themselves with the stenching legal smell.
Meanwhile, the Manhattan court reveals eyebrow-scrunching and jaw-dropping intricate details about the parties and the chain reactions attached to them. Many of the people who were close to Diddy or experienced any incident have been testifying in the witness stand, including
Cassie Ventura, the ex-girlfriend, David James, the former personal assistant,
Dawn Richard, the singer associated with Diddy, and more.
