Cool winter, hot Bangaloreans
This evening was about glam gals and hot males.
The opening centred around a breezy fashion show choreographed by Rahul Dev Shetty which saw models Jackie Shetty, Pashmeena Barker, Rachael Bayros, Shwetha Reddy, Sam, Smitha Rao, Raghu Mukherjee, Rakesh Chengappa and Karan Rao and others sizzling on the ramp in Springfield’s Autumn/Winter 2007 collection.
“Springfield is targeted at the young, cosmopolitan male in search of a fashionable brand that offers the latest in European fashion. The Springfield collection oozes a cool attitude with an overall rugged look and feel. All in all, this is a great offering for Bangalore’s fashion conscious consumers who want to stay in sync with global fashion trends and are not afraid of experimenting. Tonight’s show helped showcase the wide and diverse range of looks that are possible with Springfield.” said Sandeep Krishan, brand head, Springfield.
Watching the show up close was Renuka Jagtiani, chief executive officer, Landmark International, the group which has brought Springfield to India, KA Madappa, vice president retail operations, Dhunji and Faith Wadia, Ramesh Dembla, Nikhil Bakaya and Priya.
Post show, the party continued with guests enjoying cocktails and canapes. The vintage feel of the store added an easy, cool feeling to the evening and had all the guests relaxed and enjoying themselves. Some even browsed through the apparel here and checked out the latest Springfield collections while other guests grooved to DJ Rohit Barker’s fresh tracks from Europe.
