DCAC’s 'zara hatke'

DCAC���s choreo soc that put up a great show when we went hunting for kewl freshers to the college.
Tere Ishq Nahca Karke Chaiyaan Chaiyaan, Jee Karda and Bachna e Haseeno were some tracks on which the choreo soc made their college mates groove.
Members Malika Mirza Baig, Kesang Doma, Rayan O Neil and Kriti all gave wow performances. Singer Aadil Abdul Razzaq, guitarist Anirudh Gopal and drummer Akash Sharma of the college band Enraged rocked the crowd too.Solo performances by Vipin Pawa and Kriti were also high on energy.
BUS YAADEIN: Emcee Kanishk, a DCAC alumnus spoke of the changes since his time in college and gave a starry example too. ���You know the lead actor of the serial Waaris ��� Iqbaal? He���s from DCAC too! Girls, however, were always hot,��� he said, tongue firmly in cheek.
THODA NOVEL: It���s is good to be wacky. And Mohit Thakur proved that point here. He went on stage with his shoe in his hand. Would you call that a statement of sorts? Don���t know that, but he sure made it to round two.
NOT YOU! It���s one thing to be a good audience and quite another to be an honest audience. Here, we saw the latter. Shantanu Kumar had to step down because the audience didn���t let him talk. When Dharmesh asked, ���Do you wanna rock with me?��� the audience said no! Vivek Varma wasn���t allowed to give his opinion and Chandni was booed. Puneet Verma asked, ���Am I not hot?��� and the question met a cold ���No���. Pallavi���s Hi was changed to Hai Hai. But over-confidence worked. Pranav Bhasin said; ���I���m already selected, right guys?��� And he did go to the next level.
AND SOME GOOGLEES: Siddharth Srivastav performed on Beedi and also faced a question from the audience. The question was, ���If you were to paint a wall in any colour, which colour would you choose and why?��� Sayesha danced on Choli Ke Peeche Kya Hai and was asked whom would she choose if she got a chance to go to the moon.
���My would-be boyfriend,��� was all she said when the guys asked, ���Is there anybody?��� Vidisha Anand didn���t think much when she was asked, ���What���s the first thing you look for in a guy?��� Her reply, ���Attitude and good looks,��� along with her performance on Rukmani... helped her bag the Miss DT title. Mohit won the Mr DT title for his bindaas dance on Ek Do Teen.... Kriti and Pranav were the first runners-up and Sayesha and Siddharth Srivastav bagged the second-runners up prizes.
���This activity helped students overcome their inhibitions and these students will now become the ambassadors of Delhi Times,��� said MS Rawat.
