Jamia Millia Islamia organises an Entrepreneurship Summit

Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Jamia Millia Islamia organised an entrepreneurship summit - EmphasisO recently. Internship fair, entrepreneurs talk, alumni entrepreneurs networking session, startup pitching session with the investors and many more events were organised in this two-day summit. Around 450 delegates from different universities, industry and JMI participated in the summit.

An alumni entrepreneurship meet was also organised in which 30 alumni entrepreneurs participated. Zishan Husain Khan, Director, Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship and Rihan Khan Suri, Training and Placement Officer, JMI urged alumni entrepreneurs to come forward to support students of JMI in establishing more and more successful startups. Participants decided to prepare a blueprint for involving the alumni entrepreneurs actively as the mentors and investors of the startup of students.
