Gujarati artistes to perform for Indian Diaspora in Australia for Gujarati Day

This May 1, which is celebrated as Gujarat Day, several Gujarati artistes will tune in live for the Indian communities settled in Australia. The lineup includes some popular singers, stand-up comedians and actors including Arvind Vegda, Jigardan Gadhavi, Smita Pandya, Sairam Dave, Parth and Sanjay Oza etc. The events will be broadcasted live spread across three day starting from May 1.
Talking about their participation, Arvind Vegda says, “This is a good opportunity for us to connect with our fans settled in Australia.These are such difficult times that we have got a good chance to spread some cheer and happiness through our craft and we are really looking forward to performing.”
There are several other similar events being planned to celebrate the special day. During this unprecedented situation, when no events are being held, artistes are using the digital medium to celebrate this occasion.
