Alia Bhatt starrer 'Badrinath Ki Dulhania' had an impressive second day at the ticket window with the film minting around 20% more than its first day collection. As per reports by Boxofficeindia.com, the film collected Rs. 14.25 crore on its second day.
The
Shashank Khaitan directorial garnered around 12 crores on its first day and is expected to do better with Holi around the corner.

Made under Dharma Productions, ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania’ is a spin-off of the 2014 film ‘Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania’. This is the third time that Alia and Varun are working together in a film after ‘Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania’ and ‘Student of the Year’.

Varun Dhawan says 'Badrinath Ki Dulhania' should not be seen as a 'time pass' film. "It's not a time pass film. It has a message in it and the best part is that people have understood the message. Critics have liked the film and even audience is liking it," Varun told.
'Badrinath Ki Dulhania' is Varun and Alia's third outing together after 'Student Of The Year' and 'Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania'.
