Meanwhile, as per the report, the worldwide collection of the film stands at Rs 397.25 crore.

Just like its previous installment, 'Border 2' is also set during the 1971 India-Pakistan War. However, this time, the makers decided to showcase stories of different war heroes from various battlefronts—Army, Navy, and Air Force.

Directed by Anurag Singh, the movie has been co-produced by Nidhi Dutta, daughter of JP Dutta, the filmmaker who helmed the iconic 1997 film 'Border'.
