Abhishek Bachchan shares unseen pics from 'Dhoom 3' as the film completes 10 years

Abhishek Bachchan starrer film 'Dhoom 3' completed 10 years. The film showed the cop and robber genre and kickstarted the bike craze in India. With a star cast led by Abhishek Bachchan as a police officer in the franchise, it changed the definition of action film in Bollywood.

The actor shared a series of unseen pictures and stills from the sets, he wrote, “Marking 10 years today". The first picture shows him with Aamir Khan, while the second photograph shows his iconic bike sequence with Uday Chopra. Jackie Shroff and Chopra also mark the day on their social media accounts.



Abhishek played ACP Jay Dixit in the film. Aamir Khan, Uday Chopra and Katrina Kaif were in major roles. It is known as one of the most successful franchises in Hindi Cinema. Released in 2013, the action-packed film was directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya. 'Dhoom 3' was stacked with gripping heist sequences and breathtaking bike chases that have defined the franchise over the years.

Abhishek and Aishwarya got married on April 20, 2007. It was an intimate wedding ceremony at one of Amitabh Bachchan's bungalows- Prateeksha. The duo has worked in films such as 'Guru', 'Dhoom 2' and more. The couple welcomed their first child Aaradhya on November 16, 2011.

Abhishek was last seen in the film 'Ghoomer', where he essayed the role of a cricket mentor who trains a young cricketer, played by Saiyami Kher. Shabana Azmi and Angad Bedi also played supporting roles in the movie.
