Early Tuesday, March 17, 2026, two aggressive men on a scooter allegedly chased and blocked her Uber near the Kherwadi flyover in Bandra East. The actress, known for her roles in 'Trial by Fire' and 'Amar Colony', took to Instagram to share viral footage of the men threatening her driver and attempting to force open the car doors. The actress tagged the Mumbai Police official social media account to look into the matter.

Nimisha Nair took to her Instagram account to share the harrowing incident she had to face. Along with the details of the incident, she also shared videos of the men involved in allegedly chasing them. She wrote, "At nearly 4:50 AM, near Kherwadi Flyover, two possibly drunk, aggressive hooligans decided to teach my Uber driver a 'lesson' for overtaking them. There are cameras all over WEH to clarify this."She further added, "They tried to block our way on a no-stop highway, eventually bringing their scooter to a halt in front of us in the middle of the highway, threatened my driver with rage—'Teri maa ch*** dunga'—tried to forcefully pull the doors open, and asked me to roll down the windows."
She wrote, "We obviously did none of that on account of our safety, because he clearly came to hit the driver. This harassment and aggression ensued in the middle of the highway with multiple witnesses, before they realised I took a video, and they attempted to take a picture of my car before going on their way."Take a look at the post here.
