'Border 2': Sunny Deol expresses gratitude towards fans; Asks, 'Awaaz kaha tak gayi?'

As 'Border 2' continues its strong run at the box office, Sunny Deol is clearly in a joyful mood. The actor took to Instagram and shared a video message for his fans. Along with the video, he wrote, "Meri, aapki , Hamari #Border2 ko itna pyaar dene ke liye , aap sab ko bohot". The line simply means, “Thank you all so much for giving so much love to my, your, and our #Border2.”

In the video Sunny Deol looks relaxed and full of energy. He speaks straight from the heart. He says, "Awaaz Kaha tak gayi? Apke dil tak. (How far has the voice gone? To your hearts!) Thank you very much. Love you all."

Border 2 box office journey so far

'Border 2' has had a powerful box office run, especially because it released around the Republic Day 2026 holiday. The film opened with Rs 30 crore on day one. On Sunday, it collected Rs 54.5 crore. On Monday it earned Rs 59 crore as reported by the Sacnilk website.

As expected the collections dipped after the holidays. On Tuesday the film collected Rs 20 crore. On day six it earned Rs 13 crore. On day seven, the film made Rs 2.03 crore so far. With this, the total collection of Border 2 now stands at Rs 215.03 crore.

Sunny Deol has once again shown his strong hold over patriotic cinema. After the massive success of Gadar 2 during the Independence Day 2023 weekend 'Border 2' has delivered another big extended holiday performance.
