Faisal Khan and Sara Khan steal the spotlight at Nilkanth Valley launch party
The lush green hills of Karjat witnessed a glamorous evening with the grand launch of Nilkanth Valley, the dream project of businessman and producer Nillkant Reggmi. Spread across 92 acres, the township has already begun development, with work underway on its first 7-acre phase. The event opened with a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony by entrepreneur Kamal Chib, alongside Reggmi. Chib was honoured with a statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, and the duo unveiled the official brochure of Nilkanth Valley.
Entertainment took centre stage with actor Faisal Khan performing to the iconic Aati Kya Khandala with dance master Lollypop. Actress Sara Khan delivered high-energy performances, while singer Madan Shukla captivated guests with evergreen hits. Stand-up comedian VIP drew thunderous applause by mimicking 60 actors in a single act and recreating border-war sound effects of guns, cannons, helicopters, and march-pasts. The evening, conceptualised by Lollypop, also featured lively dance acts by Sanjana and Mini Bansal.
Speaking about the project, Reggmi said Nilkanth Valley will offer luxury villas with premium amenities, including an artificial lake, private club, and swimming pool, blending modern living with natural surroundings.
