Happy Birthday Priyanka Chopra: Highest-grossing films of the birthday girl at the box office

Priyanka Chopra is one of Bollywood most talented actresses, who has established herself in Hollywood as well. From back to back stellar performances on the silver screen to winning over the audience with her mesmerising looks, Priyanka has worked really hard since her first day in the industry to achieve the mammoth success she enjoys now.

Priyanka teamed up with the successful trio of Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh and filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali in 2015 for the period drama 'Bajirao Mastani'. The film managed to impress the audience and went on to earn Rs 183.75 crore at the box office. Not only that but the phenomenal performances by all the leading actors was well appreciated by the critics and audience.

The birthday girl joined Hrithik Roshan in the third instalment of his popular superhero Krrish franchise. 'Krrish 3' minted Rs 175.83 crore in the domestic circuit and it's enormous success has now paved away for another instalment which will be going on floors soon. The Rakesh Roshan directorial also starred Kangana Ranaut and Vivek Oberoi in pivotal roles.

The birthday girl was also an integral part of the 2012 reboot of Bollywood's iconic film 'Agneepath'. Apart from Priyanka, the film also starred Hrithik Roshan, Sanjay Dutt and Rishi Kapoor and went on to rake in Rs 119.98 crore at the box office. The film was compared to Amitabh Bachchan's 1990 original film but the honest performance by all the actors managed to win over the audience.

Farhan Akhtar's 2011 action-thriller flick 'Don 2' brought back the popular on-screen pair of Shah Rukh Khan and Priyanka Chopra once again after the huge success of its first instalment. The second instalment of the popular 'Don' franchise went on to earn a stupendous amount of Rs 106.44 crore at the box office and PeeCee once again managed to impress all with her swift action moves.

Priyanka managed to pull out a stunner in Anurag Basu's 'Barfi!' as she played the character of an autistic woman in the film. Her heart-touching performance in the film helped her bag several awards but she also managed to showcase her versatility as an actor on the silver screen. The film which also starred Ranbir Kapoor and Ileana D'Cruz went on to rake in Rs 105.57 crore at the box office.
