As the film turns 5, the film's director, Sharan Sharma, took to Instagram to celebrate the occasion. It was based on the life of Flight Lieutenant Gunjan Saxena, who was an Indian Air Force officer and 1999 Kargil War veteran. Reportedly, she was the first Indian woman responsible for flying a helicopter in a combat zone.The actress will next feature in 'Param Sundari', co-starring Sidharth Malhotra. The film is scheduled to release in theatres on August 29, 2025. After the makers dropped the first trailer, netizens showered love, with some calling it "pure nostalgia."Directed by Tushar Jalota and backed by Dinesh Vijan, the film is set in the heart of Kerala.
