Kajol wishes her 'goddess' mother Tanuja on her 81st birthday; Says, 'Love you to the moon and back'

Veteran actress Tanuja, an iconic figure in Indian cinema, celebrated her 81st birthday on September 22, 2024. Tanuja is the mother of two well-known actresses Kajol and Tanishaa Mukerji.

On this special occasion, the sisters posted a joint message on Instagram, affectionately calling their mother 'evergreen, crazy, and beautiful'.

Kajol shared the picture with the caption,"If birthdays were flowers we would have flooded the table. happy 81st aka 18 to our evergreen, crazy, beautiful goddess ! Love you to the moon and back momma."

Recently, on Daughters' Day, Kajol shared a heartfelt tribute on Instagram featuring a beautiful photo of herself, her sister Tanishaa, and their mother, Tanuja, along with a throwback picture of Kajol's daughter, Nysa Devgan, with her grandmother.

Kajol captioned the post, "Happy Daughters' Day to all these gorgeous girls... and to all the daughters I know and those I don’t. We don’t need a special day to celebrate being daughters, but it definitely feels nice. Plus, it’s a perfect excuse to eat cake!"

Ajay and Kajol got married in 1999 and have two children: Nysa, born in 2003, and Yug, born in 2010.
