Kartik Aaryan reveals he has never drunk alcohol in his life: 'I don’t have such interests'

Actor Kartik Aaryan is celebrating the success of 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3', which hit theatres on November 1. In a recent interview, Kartik shared his passion for cars and bikes and clarified that he does not consume alcohol.

In a chat with Mashable India, Kartik revealed that he has never consumed alcohol in his life. “I don’t drink; I have never drank in my life. I don’t have such interests, fortunately,” he shared. The actor added that his mother has forbidden him from riding bikes. “I have a Royal Enfield and a Ducati Scrambler, but I don’t ride them. They’re just there,” he mentioned.

Kartik reminisced about his first car, a third-hand Toyota Corolla that wasn’t in great shape. He bought it for Rs 45,000 and had to enter through the passenger door because the driver’s side was jammed. “That car was special to me,” he said. “It was with me during tough times, and I formed a bond with it. I felt emotional when I finally let it go.”


The 'Chandu Champion' actor also mentioned his love for taking his cars out for speed tests. He fondly recalled his experiences with his Lamborghini Urus and how he used to get scolded at home because of the traffic challans.

Directed by Anees Bazmee, 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3' also features Vidya Balan, Madhuri Dixit Nene, and Triptii Dimri in key roles. The movie stars Kartik as Rooh Baba, with Madhuri reprising her iconic role as the original Manjulika from the 2007 film 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa'. Reportedly, the film earned around Rs 150 crore within a few days of its release.
