Randeep Hooda and Lin Laishram joyfully shared their first pregnancy news on their second anniversary in December 2025. Lin's days now mix yoga and meditation, marking a serene new chapter. As their baby's arrival nears, she reveals Randeep's profound personal growth into a changed man.

Randeep Hooda's transformation

In an interview with Hindustan Times, Lin revealed that she has known Randeep for 15 years, and she has never seen this softer, more nurturing side of him. There’s a tenderness and calm in him now. She shares how she is currently taking things slow and learning to listen to her body, feeling blessed to be surrounded by family that is pampering her. The actress shared that she has developed a sweet tooth. She never enjoyed sweets as much as she does now, and she likes to say it comes from Randeep because he has a major sweet tooth himself. She adds that it's a big help that her father-in-law and sister-in-law are doctors and she gets the best medical advice at home.

Hands-on father-to-be

Lin shared that she has seen a very gentle and nurturing side of Randeep. He’s much more attentive, from doctor’s visits to researching baby essentials, and he’s involved in everything. He reads a lot about pregnancy, emotional health, and parenting, and keeps sharing things he learns to make sure she feels supported and cared for. Lin also confirms that both she and Randeep will be on maternal and paternal leave.

Wedding background

Randeep and Lin Laishram married on November 29, 2023, in a traditional Meitei ceremony at Chumthang Shannapung Resort in Imphal, Manipur—Lin's hometown. The intimate event included family and close friends, honoring Manipuri customs with Randeep in a white kurta, dhoti, and pagdi. They followed it with a Mumbai reception.
