It adds that by waiting for the redevelopment to finish, she significantly increased the asset's value. It also says buyer Suraj Saini paid stamp duty of about INR 1.09 crore. Her Los Angeles home is valued at INR 35 crore to INR 40 crore, or about USD 5 million, and serves as her primary residence with Gene Goodenough. The report also places her commercial spaces in Mumbai at INR 10 crore to INR 15 crore and other residential investments in India at INR 8 crore to INR 10 crore.
