Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s Rs 250 crore bungalow

After years in the making, the six‑storey bungalow built on the site of Raj Kapoor’s legendary Krishna Raj property, named ‘Krishna Raj’, is now complete and ready to welcome Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and their daughter, Raha. The house, situated in Bandra, has been rebuilt on the spot where Raj Kapoor's famous Krishna Raj bungalow once stood. As reported by Bollywood Life, the house cost Ranbir and his family Rs 250 crore.

Recent videos unveil a sleek façade graced with lush greenery and glass accents, reflecting both modern elegance and sentimental homage to family history. The home’s official inauguration is anticipated at Diwali, where the couple plans a house‑warming after years of careful oversight. Ranbir and Alia will soon move here, along with his mother, actor Neetu Kapoor.

Originally ‘Villa Vienna’, this heritage gem was acquired by Shah Rukh Khan in 2001 and transformed over nearly a decade under the design guidance of Gauri Khan and architect Kaif Faquih.

As per multiple reports, the residence houses five bedrooms, a gym, a magnificent library, private theatre, swimming pool, and an elegant terrace. Fans frequently gather outside, hoping to catch a glimpse of their favourite star, sometimes glimpsed from the iconic balcony.
