‘RC 15’ with Ram Charan, ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’ with Kartik Aaryan and Tabu: Kiara Advani’s stellar lineup of films

Back in 2014, actress Kiara Advani made her Bollywood debut with ‘Fugly’ which was produced by Akshay Kumar. Since then, she has managed to make a mark with her solid performances. With her strong appearance in ‘MS Dhoni: The Untold Story’ alongside Sushant Singh Rajput, Kiara left everyone in complete awe of her. Later, she appeared in Karan Johar’s much-talked-about ‘Lust Stories’, which made her stand out and how! Since then, there has been no looking back for the actress. She has been on a film signing spree. Currently, Kiara is basking in the glorious success of ‘Shershaah’ that also featured Sidharth Malhotra. Fans now can’t wait to watch her explore other genres and here's taking a look at Kiara Advani's solid upcoming lineup of films:

Kiara has teamed up with Vicky Kaushal and Bhumi Pednekar for Shashank Khaitan’s next. Earlier, Varun was supposed to play the lead role but after his exit, Vicky was signed for the film. Shashank had earlier decided to stall the project temporarily as the pre-production cost would shoot up. But, it was later revived with a new cast. Vicky and Kiara will be seen grooving to a peppy song in the film. They were recently spotted rehearsing for the shoot. The song will be choreographed by Tushar Kalia and will have at least 40 to 60 dancers.

Kiara is all set to be seen opposite Ram Charan in Shankar’s Pan-India film ‘RC 15’. The film was announced recently on Kiara’s birthday. The film will be released in three languages - Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi. Sharing her excitement, Kiara said in a statement, “It's definitely one of the best birthday presents I have gotten so far. I am excited as well as nervous to work with renowned and experienced names of our film fraternity. I am eagerly waiting to begin the shoot and hoping that this incredible opportunity is translated wonderfully on screen!"

‘Jug Jugg Jeeyo’ will see Kiara sharing the screen space with Varun Dhawan, Anil Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor. The film went on floors last year but it came to a halt after a few members tested positive for Covid-19. The cast and crew were recently seen shooting for another schedule in the city. Reportedly, the film will showcase a tale of two couples from different generations, entangled around the issues post marriage. The premise beautifully merges the generation gap, and puts out a unique point about love, but with ample humour. Varun and Kiara briefly shared screen space in ‘Kalank’ for a song. The film is being directed by Raj Mehta, who earlier directed Kiara in ‘Good Newwz’.

Kiara Advani has collaborated for the first time with Kartik Aaryan and Tabu for Anees Bazmee’s ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’. It is a sequel to Priyadarshan’s 2007 film ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa’ that starred Akshay Kumar and Vidya Balan in key roles. Tabu and Kartik are currently shooting for the remaining portions of the film. They had earlier shot for the film but later it was put on hold due to the ongoing pandemic. It was supposed to release in July 2020. Earlier speaking about the same, producer Murad Khetani told ETimes, “We haven’t planned the release date but ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’ will release in cinemas whenever the film is ready.” The film will also star Amar Upadhyay and Rajpal Yadav in important roles.
