‘Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan’ trailer saw Ayushmann Khurrana trying to convince the family of his love to accept their relationship. Wearing a nose ring, Ayushmann goes all out to woo his lover’s family, promising yet another entertainer on the silver screen, with a totally different narrative. Ayushmann has consistently delivered blockbuster performances and with ‘Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan’ it doesn’t look like he is going to stop entertaining anytime soon.

Homosexual love story

‘Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan’ narrative begins with a small town man and how his partner’s family reacts to their relationship. ‘Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan’ promises a pure, emotional, same-sex love story essayed by Ayushmann and Jitendra Kumar. From kissing to expressing their love for each other, this same-sex story is sure to impress.

Gajrao Rao and Neena Gupta

Gajrao Rao and Neena Gupta gave an excellent performance in ‘Badhaai Ho’, wherein they turned parents at a much later stage in life. While in that film the couple played parents to Ayushmann, this time around Gajrao Rao and Neena Gupta will be essaying parents of Jitendra and opposing his romance with Ayushmann. Gajrao Rao and Neena Gupta will showcase a parent’s perspective, accepting that their son is gay.

A fitting sequel to ‘Shubh Mangal Saavdhan’

Trust Aysuhmann Khurrana to impress every time he takes over the silver screen. In ‘Shubh Mangal Saavdhan’ he convincingly essayed the role of a man suffering from erectile dysfunction and in the film’s sequel ‘Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan’, he is set to narrate a gay love story. Keeping fans entertained with engaging content, the ‘Shubh Mangal’ series is not to be missed.

Bhumi Pednekar’s cameo

Ayushmann Khurrana’s leading lady from ‘Shubh Mangal Saavdhan’, Bhumi Pednekar, will be seen in a cameo avatar in the sequel. In no mood to spill the details, Bhumi had told ETimes, “I've done a cameo in ‘Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan’. Again, the director Hitesh, he had written the first part as well. He's a very dear friend and Aanand sir is somebody I love and everybody knows what Ayushmann means to me. So again, it was just for love and fun.”
