Varun Sharma wants to break away from his comic image

Varun Sharma came into limelight as the character Choocha with the film 'Fukrey', however he is now keen to break away from his funny-man image. Making attempts in that direction to come out of the comic mould, he is hoping that his upcoming film, Chhichhore will help him do that . He adds that he is making a conscious effort to do different work. While he has got other projects in his kitty, it is 'Chhichhore' that he is banking on.
The film is directed by Nitish Tiwari of 'Dangal' fame.Talking about his experience of working with the award-winning film director, he admitted that he was scared of working with Nitish because he had made 'Dangal' (2016) which is one of the best films made in Bollywood. He also said it was a learning experience and as time progressed, he opened up and work became fun.
