When Hrithik Roshan opened up about ‘Karan Arjun’ days, and shared memories with Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan - Pics
Once, Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan took fans down memory lane by sharing priceless throwback photos from the sets of 'Karan Arjun'(1995). Having worked as an assistant director on the film, Hrithik revealed how being around Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan during those days shaped his early understanding of cinema.

Candid memories with Shah Rukh and Salman

Hrithik’s Instagram post featured two rare pictures, one in monochrome, capturing him with Shah Rukh and Salman against a scenic backdrop, and another showing Shah Rukh flying a kite while Salman handled the manja. Recalling the moments, Hrithik said he “looked like a young Kabir” standing next to “Karan and Arjun.” He fondly remembered previewing the film’s print at Minerva Theatre, where he and his colleague Anurag discovered the dull projection quality and even helped clean the screen. In his words, the manager revealed the screen hadn’t been washed in 15 years, making the effort both amusing and unforgettable.

Lessons from the legends

Sharing another anecdote, Hrithik described how one night during the shooting of the song 'Bhangda Paale,' Shah Rukh and Salman decided to drive to Delhi, promising to return by morning. Worried about his father losing a shoot day, young Hrithik literally jumped on the car’s bonnet to stop them. For him, observing the two stars perform was nothing short of an acting school. “Best on-set practical acting school ever,” he wrote, calling the experience invaluable for a 17-year-old.Nearly three decades later, the memories remain fresh for Hrithik, who credits those days with shaping his craft. Fast forwarding to the present, Hrithik Roshan was recently seen in the actioner 'War 2'.
