60th Britannia Filmfare Awards 2014: Celebs at the red carpet

Sonam Kapoor: The style icon arrived on the red carpet looking drop dead gorgeous in a fusion attire. Sonam, who was nominated in the category of Best Actor (Female) for her film Khoobsurat, said, "I am happy to be nominated. This is my fourth nomination and I am happy that I am here." She also went on the stage to present the Best Debut Awards.

Ranbir Kapoor: No sooner did the Kapoor scion arrive on the Filmfare red carpet, than he was stopped mid-way by red carpet host VJ Andy. After going through a grilling session with Andy, Ranbir headed for the performance he was about to give to commence the mega event. The night began with RK performing to ‘Balam pichkari’ in slow motion, continuing with ‘Dilli wali girlfriend’ and ‘Badtameez dil.’ Before the event, the heartthrob of millions was seen gearing up doing rehearsals to put up an excellent show.

Bollywood beauty, Manisha Koirala arrived at the red carpet in a pink-coloured gown designed by Sandip Ahuja. She was styled by Swati. When asked about her fondest Filmfare memory, Manisha said, "It always feels great to be on the Filmfare red carpet. There are many special memories. I am happy and it feels good to be back." Later, Manisha joined R Madhavan on stage to present the award for Best Production Design. Madhavan said, "It feels great to share the stage with Manisha Koirala as I am her huge fan."

Sonali Bendre and Goldie Behl: The gorgeous actress walked the Filmfare red carpet with her hubby. Dressed in a tangerine coloured gown, Sonali looked every inch gorgeous. Goldie complemented her well wearing a black number. Later Sonali presented the Best Cinematography Award on stage with hubby Goldie Behl accompanying her.

Madhuri Dixit: Dancing queen Madhuri Dixit graced the red carpet with husband Dr Sriram Nene. The beauty with a 1000-watt smile wore a black coloured tube gown and also posed with a few fans (children) on the red carpet. Sharing her fondest Filmfare memory, Madhuri said, "May the best person win. My fondest memory with Filmfare is that we have grown up watching this prestigious award function and it gets better every year." Madhuri, who was nominated for Best Actor (Female) Award for her film Dedh Ishqiya, was seen sharing a romantic moment with hubby Sriram. Dr Nene even uttered a dialogue, "Kuch kuch hota hai... Tum nahi samjhogi."

Evelyn Sharma: The actress made a glamorous appearance on the Filmfare red carpet. Dressed in a sexy yellow gown coupled with a stylish clutch, Evelyn made several heads turn. She even underwent a brief grilling session with red-carpet host VJ Andy.

Anurag Kashyap: When asked about his fondest memory of Filmfare Awards, the Bombay Velvet filmmaker said, "I have already won four. What else can be a fondest memory." Talking about the host Kapil Sharma, Anurag said, "It would be really great if Kapil Sharma forgets his script."

Shraddha Kapoor: The Aashiqui 2 actress made a stunning appearance in a Shehla Khan outfit. Carrying her gown with a unique simplicity, Shraddha looked gorgeous with minimal make-up and easy hairstyle. The actress, who will be seen opposite Varun Dhawan in ABCD 2, presented the award for Best Male Actor (Critics).

Shahid Kapoor: Shahid Kapoor grabbed limelight at the red carpet with his black and white outfit. He shared his fondest Filmfare memory saying, "It was for winning my first Filmfare for my debut film. You can never have enough of them (the black lady). Looking forward to the night." Shahid even won the Best Actor Award for Haider.

Gurmeet Choudhary and Debina Bonnerjee: The couple arrived on the red carpet, and Gurmeet, who is making his Bollywood debut with Mukesh Bhatt's Khamoshiyan, shared his thoughts saying, "I am super excited to be on the Filmfare red carpet, but at the same time I am nervous, as this is my first Filmfare awards." He was rooting for Kangna Ranaut.

Kay Kay Menon and Nivedita Bhattacharya: The couple complemented each other with Kay Kay dressed in black, while Nivedita sizzling in white.Kay Kay, who won the award for Best Actor in a Supporting Role (Male) for his fiIm Haider, said, "This is the most coveted award of my life and I will cherish the memory for a long time."

Divya Dutta: The actress arrived on the red carpet dressed in a beautiful peach coloured saree. Talking about the awards, she said, "This time I am more relaxed as I am not nominated in any category. I am looking forward to this night."
