Recently, the 'Raabta' actress took to her Instagram handle to share a post about her role in the film. She penned an emotional message and talked about portraying the role of Parvati Bai. On the work front, the actress is shooting for 'Luka Chuppi' and Abhishek Varman's 'Kalank' alongside Madhuri Dixit-Nene, Sanjay Dutt, Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt, Sonakshi Sinha and Aditya Roy Kapur.

Shooting is on in full swing on the sets of Kriti Sanon and Kartik Aaryan’s ‘Luka Chuppi’. The stars along with the cast and crew are currently in Gwalior, shooting for the first schedule. While lead actress Kriti, already shared the first look of sorts featuring herself and Kartik caught in a candid moment on-set, she has let fans in on another cute update.

Taking to her Instagram handle, the actress shared a picture of a few fans grinning from ear to ear as they wait for Kriti to sign autographs on their books. “Gwalior Love. #LukaChuppi,” She captioned the click. Dressed in a simple churidar and sporting dangling earrings and wearing her hair in a messy ponytail, Kriti nailed her small town look to perfection.

In the film, Kriti will reportedly be seen playing a reporter for a local TV channel, while Kartik plays the perfect chocolate boy. According to reports, the actress plays a strong role in this film with sees her character being an advocate for gender equality while vying for her own identity.
