She stated that she wants her man to have a great sense of humour. The second requirement would be that her man should be someone who would just let her be because she hates it when someone tells her what to do. Her third requirement is that her man should always smell good and wear a good perfume all the time, if not he doesn't stand any chance. Maneesh Sharma: Maneesh Sharma is the director of some of the films that Parineeti had starred in, namely - Ladies Vs Ricky Bahl and Shuddh Desi Romance. The gossip mills were abuzz with rumours that the two had fallen for each other during the shoot of the films. However Parineeti had constantly denied all the rumours about their alleged affair. The actress has, however, stated that Maneesh is the person who is responsible for her winning 19 awards in her first film. During various media interactions, she had expressed grief at being linked up with any person that she is spotted with. She emphasised that this is the reason why she thinks twice even before going out for lunch with her close friends.

Arjun Kapoor: When Parineeti amassed five million followers on Twitter, she decided to do a live chat session on the micro-blogging website. During the chat session, Parineeti proclaimed that Arjun Kapoor had been the person who had changed her life. Arjun Kapoor took to Twitter when the live chat was on and asked Parineeti to tell the world, how the Gunday actor changed her life. Uday Chopra: During Parineeti's Ishaqzaade days, Uday Chopra and Parineeti chopra's alleged affair had made headlines. It was alleged that Uday had taken it upon himself to promote the actress. A report on Masala.com stated that apart from attending parties together, the duo had been spotted enjoying a hearty meal or two at various city nightspots. The report also states that Parineeti and Uday were seen dining at a Michelin star restaurant in Bandra and according to eye-witnesses, the two were thoroughly enjoying each other's company. Clearing the air in an interview with the Times Of India, Parineeti stated that she knew Uday much before she forayed into films. "We used to have lunch together even before I became an actress. That time nobody linked us up! In fact, I used to tell him to look for a boy for me," joked Parineeti.

Aditya Roy Kapoor: Habib Faisal's Daawat-E-Ishq, that starred Parineeti Chopra and Aditya Roy Kapur sparked dating rumours between the lead pair. Prior to the release of the film, rumour mills had it that the two were spotted together at movie-screenings and eateries. Parineeti had also shielded the actor in various media conferences, where questions related to Shraddha Kapoor were hurled at him.
