Also, Ranbir is known for his love for sports and has a leaner frame that would look great in blue Indian jersey. If at all a biopic on Yuvraj is being made, which we feel is not too far, Ranbir Kapoor will most certainly top the wish-list of the filmmakers and we feel the actor will do a marvellous job playing Yuvraj Singh on screen.

Ranveer Singh

This powerhouse of talent has already proved his mettle at multiple occasions and with 'Bajirao Mastani', he even showed how great he can be when it comes to doing biopics and doing justice to real-life heroes on reel. Hence, we believe Ranveer Singh will be an obvious choice of the filmmakers who are nurturing the idea of making a biopic on Yuvraj Singh. Ranveer is a master in getting into the skin of the character and we feel he will leave no stone unturned to become one of the best and the most popular cricketers India has ever seen. Interestingly, Ranveer's ladylove, Deepika Padukone was once allegedly dating Yuvraj and they both had reportedly parted ways because of latter's over-possessive behaviour. Hence it would be interesting if Deepika is cast to play herself in the biopic. Isn't this a great idea guys?

Varun Dhawan

He might have not done a biopic and played a real-life character on screen, but that doesn't mean he cannot. Well there is always a first time. And for an actor of Varun's calibre who stole a million hearts in his debut film itself, we are sure he would do complete justice if cast as Yuvraj Singh in latter's biopic. Varun is also known to be an ardent cricket lover and hence it wouldn't be too difficult for him to train himself in the game. Again, being a Punjabi munda, Varun too is as high on energy and sportsmanship as Yuvraj has been throughout his career. Also, if Yuvraj himself can train Varun on how to be an impeccable batsman and hit six sixes in an over, it would be nothing short of a dream-come-true for Varun's fans to see him achieve this magical feat, albeit on reel.

Aditya Roy Kapur

If there is one actor who knows how to do justice to intense characters, it has to be Aditya Roy Kapur. The way he portrayed an alcoholic who was on a self-destructive mission in 'Aashiqui 2' and a possessive lover in 'Fitoor', we believe it wouldn't be a bad idea to cast him as Yuvraj Singh on reel. Considering Yuvraj has been through the lowest times, dealt with the harshest criticism with his head held high and emerged triumphant out of the many challenges, we feel Aditya could be the right choice as he is fantastic at emoting someone who has gone through a lot of dilemma and lived with a stigma despite being one of the best players country has ever seen. Interestingly, Aditya too is known for his love for cricket and we feel he too would give it a serious thought if offered to play Yuvraj on screen.

Sidharth Malhotra

Yes, the actor hasn't really played drastically diverse roles and hasn't shown a career graph which is as impressive as his contemporaries' filmographies have been. In fact, Sidharth hasn't done a biopic either in his career so far. However, the actor comes with a lot of promise and talent to vouch for and hence, we feel that Sidharth too could be one of the top five frontrunners to play a master batsman like Yuvraj Singh on screen. Last year, for an action-packed film like 'Brothers', Sidharth trained really hard to learn Mixed Martial Arts and was very impressive with his moves. And that compels us to believe that if he is offered to play a challenging role like that of Yuvraj, which would pull him out of his comfort zone, he would do a fabulous job.

Yes, Herry is the one who played Farhan's best friend in the film.
