LE SSERAFIM becomes fastest K-Pop girl group to score 3 albums in Billboard 200 Top 10 with 'CRAZY'

LE SSERAFIM has reached new heights with their latest mini-album “CRAZY.” The group’s fresh release debuted at No. 7 on the prestigious Billboard 200 chart, marking their third top 10 entry on the U.S. chart. Billboard announced the achievement on September 8, and fans were thrilled to see the group’s growing global success.

“CRAZY” also became LE SSERAFIM’s biggest week in the U.S. yet. According to Luminate (formerly Nielsen Music), the album earned a total of 47,000 equivalent album units by September 5, with 38,000 in traditional album sales and 9,000 streaming equivalent album units. This equals an impressive 12.08 million on-demand streams in one week.

Adding to their accolades, “CRAZY” didn’t just dominate the Billboard 200 but also took the No. 1 spot on Billboard’s Top Album Sales chart, securing the title of the week’s best-selling album in the U.S.

This achievement marks LE SSERAFIM’s fourth entry on the Billboard 200, following hits like “ANTIFRAGILE” (No. 14), “UNFORGIVEN” (No. 6), and “EASY” (No. 8). Even more remarkable, LE SSERAFIM is only the second K-pop girl group ever, after TWICE, to have three albums in the Billboard 200 top 10. With just over two years in the industry, they’ve also become the fastest to reach this milestone.

Formed by Source Music, LE SSERAFIM consists of five members: Sakura, Kim Chae-won, Huh Yun-jin, Kazuha, and Hong Eun-chae. Originally debuting as a six-member group, Kim Ga-ram left in 2022.
