Arasu

'Arasu' had Puneeth playing a arrogant rich guy who later transforms himself to experience the real meaning of life and relationship knowing the value of money and humanity. This role of Puneeth is very close to his fans forever. Puneeth, Ramya and Meera Jasmine gave a nice performance who lived in their roles fantastically.

Milana

In 'Milana', Puneeth plays Akash, a radio jockey, whose marriage is off to a bumpy start. Akash’s wife Anjali (Parvathi Thiruvothu) demands a divorce from him as she is in love with another man. The hit song ‘Ninnindale’ and the and the charming chemistry between Puneeth and Parvathi are some highlights. Puneeth and Parvathi's chemistry was so fantastic and went on to become a huge blockbuster running for more than a year.

Prithvi

'Prithvi' is one of the best roles of Puneeth remembered forever for his excellent performance as Prithvi IAS officer. Puneeth often experimented with his on-screen image. ‘Prithvi’ is one such movie, directed by Jacob Varghese. Puneeth portrayal of an IAS officer was played with great conviction who wages war against illegal mining.

Playing commmon man roles comes so easily for Puneeth and he aced it in ‘Jackie’. This road thriller had Puneeth showing his dancing and fight skills to the max enthralling his die hard fans. His high-energy performance is the backbone of a film which had amazing comedy from Rangayana Raghu and chartbuster music from V Harikrishna.

Raajakumara

'Raajakumara' made Kannadigas across the globe watch the film on big screen and went on to become one of Kannada cinema’s biggest hits. The song ‘Bombe helutaithe’ turned iconic after the actor’s death. Puneeth, as a selfless man caring for elders, is perfect in this emotional family drama. Puneeth's most emotional role has been in 'Raajakumara'.
