​Lucia - 2013

‘Lucia’ is one of the best movies in Sathish Ninasam’s career, and he also made his lead debut in this film. It is a psychological romantic thriller directed by Pavan Kumar, starring Sathish Ninasam and Sruthi Hariharan. This film won many awards abroad like Best Picture Award at the London Indian Film Festival and even the Audience Choice Award. Sathish gained huge popularity after this movie. The movie is about a person who has insomnia, consumes tablets prescribed by a doctor to sleep well but gets a dream where he lives a happy lie. The screenplay was well appreciated.

​Kwatle Satisha - 2014

‘Kwatle Satisha’ is a thriller comedy starring Sathish Ninasam and Sonia Gowda, which was directed by Mahesh Rao. The movie is about Sathish, who has short term memory loss, after getting injured while playing cricket. His marriage has been fixed and his friends try to help him. This movie is based on a real story. Chikkanna and Achyuth Kumar add an extra dose of comedy to the movie.

​Drama - 2012

‘Drama’ is another best movie in Sathish’s career, where he played the second lead role along with Rocking Star Yash. This movie is directed by Yogaraj Bhat, where Radhika Pandit and Sindhu Lokanath played female lead roles. Sathish’s acting entertained the audience. He was seen communicating in a village accent in this one which was very hilarious. The movie is about two mischievous people who are kicked out of the village and go to college and fall in love, which lead to many mysterious things.

​Ayogya - 2018

Ayogya is another blockbuster hit movie in Sathish's career, which is directed by debutante S. Mahesh Kumar. Sathish played a village lover boy role. The movie is about a young unemployed man who participates in an election against a senior leader, during the process he also falls in love with Rachita Ram. The songs composed by Arjun Janya got a good response from the audience.

​Chambal - 2019

‘Chambal’ starring Satish Ninasam directed by Jacob Verghese was based on IAS officer DK Ravi’s life story. This film was made without permission. DK Ravi's mother Gauramma had filed a complaint against the film crew. But it was very obvious that the film was based on the life of other IAS officers, including DK Ravi. Ravi's parents had approached the High Court demanding to stop the release of ‘Chambal’, however, that did not happen. The Censor Board lawyer also said that there were no derogatory scenes against DK Ravi in the film and the movie went on to do well at the box office.
