Although the pandemic stalled
Rishab Shetty's plans for his next directorial, Rudraprayaga, the actor-filmmaker has been abusy man. After the government allowed shooting of films with limited crew and cast, amid strict safety protocols, Rishab shot for a film in Chikamagalur. The film, an untitled thriller comedy, pairs him with Magalu Janaki fame
Ganavi Laxman.
In fact, before returning to the director's chair, Rishab will do two more films as actor.
One is a film called Hari Kathe Alla Giri Kathe, to be directed by one of his long-time associates Giri Krishna, who had worked with Rishab on Kirik Party. Rishab is also a part of a film with Raj B Shetty, called Garuda Gamana Vrishaba Vahana and is in talks to star in the title role of the Amar Alva biopic, a film on the life of the Mangalore don.
So, when the team of Rishab's production house announced that a surprise announcement is due tomorrow at 6 pm, it got people speculating if the first look of Hari Kathe Alla Giri Kathe was on the way. Others said it could be an update on his film with Raj B Shetty, Garuda Gamana Vrishaba Vahana. Of course, there was a segment that said it could be an announcement of a new project altogether. Rishab has, after all mentioned earlier that a collaboration with Rishab Shetty could be on the cards. What do you think it could be? Let’s wait and watch!
