After the success of ‘Jaya Jaya Jaya Jaya Hey’, Basil Joseph seems to be having another feather in his cap with the success of his recently released travel comedy film ‘Falimy’. The comedy-drama has been making waves at the box office, crossing the Rs 15 crore milestone within just three weeks of its release, setting a stellar benchmark in its successful run.


According to the sources, 'Falimy' has notched up a worldwide gross of Rs 15 crore, with a domestic box office collection of approximately Rs 10.5 crore and an overseas tally surpassing US$550,000. Remarkably, the movie has already recovered its budget through non-theatrical rights, contributing to its impressive financial performance.


Directed by Nithish Sahadev in his directorial debut, 'Falimy' is a comedy-drama that has been delighting audiences with its unique storyline and captivating performances. Vishnu Vijay has lent his musical brilliance to the film, composing soulful melodies that resonate with the narrative's essence.


The film, featuring Basil Joseph, Jagadish, and Manju Pillai in prominent roles, introduced its musical journey with the release of the first single, "Manjeera Shinjitham," performed by Vishnu Vijay and Anthony Daasan, and penned by Muhsin Parari.
