We have heard about great actors getting into skin of a character and struggling to come out even after the director has said 'cut'. Interestingly, at the location of Asif Ali-Aparna Balamurali movie B-Tech, it was the junior artistes who got so carried away by their roles that the director’s pleas to stop fell on deaf ears. And the victims were the poor actors.Mridul Nair, the director of the movie, narrates, "We were shooting a scene at Bangalore that has a group of policemen chasing the actors and since it was planned in a crowded area, there were more than 200 people. After briefing the junior artistes from Karnataka who were dressed as cops about the scene, I started shooting. They were supposed to chase the actors including Saiju Kurup and Niranjana Anoop. Eight of them jumped in instead of two and they started hitting the actors. The crowd was so much that I couldn’t control them even after saying cut. I literally had to get between them and the actors. They got annoyed and started throwing stones at our vehicles." The shoot of the campus story finished on Thursday night.
