'Drishyam 3' box office collections day 8: Mohanlal's mystery drama sees marginal dip; Overseas surges to Rs 103 cr
Mohanlal’s 'Drishyam 3' continued its consistent theatrical run on its eighth day, showing only a slight slowdown in earnings.
As per Sacnilk the film collected around Rs 6.50 crore (net) on Day 8. This shows a marginal 2.3 percent decrease from Day 7, when the film earned Rs 6.65 crore. The film was screened across 3,453 shows on its second Thursday.
Kerala remains the strongest contributor, adding Rs 5.55 crore in gross revenue on Day 8 alone. Other regions also contributed steadily with Karnataka bringing in Rs 80 lakhs.
Andhra Pradesh and Telangana together added Rs 48 lakhs while Tamil Nadu contributed Rs 45 lakhs. The remaining territories across India collectively accounted for Rs 25 lakhs.
This takes the film’s overseas gross total to Rs 103 crore. Combined with domestic earnings, the worldwide gross now stands at Rs 197.91 crore, placing the film close to the Rs 200 crore milestone.
The Malayalam version recorded an overall occupancy of 47.75 percent, with evening and night shows performing better than morning and afternoon slots.
The Telugu version registered an overall occupancy of 17.58 percent while Kannada screenings stood at 21.83 percent. Tamil shows reported 29.07 percent occupancy.

'Drishyam 3' India collections and regional contribution
In the domestic market, Drishyam 3 has now accumulated Rs 81.80 crore in India net collections.
