Jeethu Joseph - Basil Joseph’s 'Nunakuzhi' wraps up filming

The shooting for the much-anticipated film 'Nunakuzhi,' a collaborative project between director Jeethu Joseph and actor-filmmaker Basil Joseph, has concluded, heightening anticipation among film enthusiasts. The movie, anticipated to be steeped in dark humor, marks the duo's first collaboration and has garnered considerable buzz.

Penned by KR Krishna Kumar, who previously worked with Jeethu on successful projects like '12th Man' and 'Kooman,' 'Nunakuzhi' holds significant promise. Jeethu Joseph, known for his knack for crafting compelling comedy films, exemplified by hits like Dileep’s 'My Boss,' adds a layer of anticipation to the project. Additionally, actor Basil Joseph, riding high on a series of successful films like 'Falimy' and 'Jaya Jaya Jaya Jaya Hey,' further elevates audience expectations for this collaboration.


The cast boasts a talented ensemble including Grace Antony, Swasika, Sidhique, Manoj K Jayan, Baiju Santhosh, Saiju Kurup, Aju Varghese, Binu Pappu, and Azees Nedumangad. Joining the team are cinematographer Satheesh Kurup and editor VS Vinayak, both reuniting with Jeethu after their previous collaboration on 'Kooman' and the much-awaited Mohanlal-starrer 'Neru.'

Speaking of 'Neru,' the courtroom drama directed by Jeethu Joseph and featuring Mohanlal is set to hit the big screens on December 21. The movie also has the actors Priyamani, Anaswara Rajan, Jagadish, Nandu, and many others in pivotal roles.
