Parvathy's eloquent tribute to parents on receiving Miss Kumari Award

Parvathy received the Miss Kumari Award from the Kodungallur P Bhaskaran Foundation recently and the actor posted an emotional note on social media, that was a tribute to her family, fans and her colleagues.
“Throughout the ceremony, my whole body mirrored the transparency of a toddler fighting happy tears with all its might,” she wrote in her usual eloquent style.She pointed to the ‘most important moment’, apparently, when an audience member told organisers to invite the actor’s parents on stage.
Parvathy, who received the award from artist Namboodiri, had the most loving words for them. “As with any other that I have received so far, I handed this award over to them as well. I dreamed of limitless horizons while perched on their wings. I wouldn’t be here without them,” said the actor, who had won widespread acclaim for Uyare.
