Fahadh Fazil
Director Fazil's son Fahadh is a critically acclaimed and one of the most sought after actors in Malayalam cinema. After his debacle debut Kaiyethum Doorath directed by his father Fazil in the year 2002, he took five years gap and went to USA for further studies. In the year 2009, he went on to act in Kerala Cafe directed by Ranjith. Then he acted in several notable roles such as Chaappa Kurishu (2011), Diamond Necklace, 22 Female Kottayam (2012), Amen, Artist, Annayum Rasoolum, North 24 Kaatham (2013), Bangalore Days, and Iyobinte Pusthakam (2014). He won Filmfare Awards South twice; first in the year 2012 for the film 22 Female Kottayam and next in the year 2013 for the film North 24 Kaatham. He won Kerala State Film Award for Second Best Actor for the film Akam and Kerala State Film Award for Best Actor for North 24 Kaatham and Artist.
