'Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior' the highly anticipated film starring Ajay Devgn as Subhedar

Recently released Marathi teaser stirred up a storm on social media and just a day ahead of the trailer release, the makers unveiled a teaser of the film which is set to release in the Marathi language, setting the buzz around the film touch the sky. The trailer is out now and it is fair to say that Ajay Devgn has left us truly impressed.
While Ajay shines in the Marathi trailer, Saif Ali Khan as Uday Bhan, a Rajput working for Mughal emperor
Aurangzeb
, makes his presence felt as the antagonist. Kajol, too, makes a brief but memorable appearance, leaving her fans asking for more.
The film, helmed by Om Raut depicts Ajay as the valiant Maratha warrior Tanaji Malusare, who was Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj's trusted soldier and fought alongside the Marathi legend in multiple battles in the 17th century.
The film also includes popular Marathi actors in the cast, such as Sharad Kelkar (Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj), Devdatta Nage (Suryaji Malusare), and Shashank Shende (Shelar Mama). Raut has had his share of Marathi fame when his directorial in 2015 fetched him the Filmfare Award for Best Debutant.
‘Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior’ will have a wide release in 3D format. It is being produced by Ajay with
Bhushan Kumar and Krishan Kumar. The movie is set to release in the Marathi language in theatres across
Maharashtra on 10 January 2020.
