The legendary actress Sulochana Latkar, who was well-known for her notable films in the Marathi and Hindi film industries, breathed her last on Sunday, June 4. She was 94. Mrs. Latkar, a well-known actor in Marathi and Hindi cinema, started her career in the 1940s and went on to feature in over 250 films.

On the occasion of the 350th anniversary of the coronation of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, the makers dropped the first look poster, revealing the lead actor of Marathi films, heartthrob Sairat fame Akash Thosar, as 'Bal Shivaji'. Marathi cinema's ace filmmaker Ravi Jadhav launched the first look of 'Bal Shivaji', starring Akash Thosar as 'Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj'.
