‘Criminal’ Trailer review: With its dark theme and thriller flavor, THIS Punjabi movie will keep you on the edge of your seats

Punjabi cine lovers are in for a treat, as the Pollywood director Garinder Sidhu is coming up with one of its kind film - ‘Criminal’. With a top-notch cast and an engaging plotline, the movie is from the genre of a suspense thriller, whose trailer recently hooked everyone.
Story
In the 2 and half minute trailer, it is shown that three very notorious psychopath criminals escape from the police van and hide in a residential apartment.The residents of the apartment walk into their homes unaware of the danger hovering inside, but luckily they notice the intruders and try to stay out of their sight. However, their luck runs out of sight when the criminals get a sniff of them. What happens next; whether the residents survive or not, the criminals get caught or not, all will be unveiled when the movie releases on September 23rd.

Punjabi cinema is famous for its romantic dialogues and plots, but in ‘Criminal’ realistic writing is what takes the cake. Since Prince Kanwaljit Singh and Raghveer Boli are playing psychopath killers in the movie, their dialogues give us a peek into their messed-up psyche. Each and every word in the trailer is gripping and the same can be expected from the whole movie.
Performances
The definition of a hero has changed in today’s era. Even a character with a negative sketch can be called the hero if he draws the best piece on a big screen canvas. In ‘Criminal’ right from Dheeraj Kumar to Neeru Bajwa, Prince Kanwaljit Singh, Raghveer Boli, and others, everyone has done a commendable job. When you will look at them, you will not see Neeru or Raghveer, who will see the victim and the attacker only.
