Birthday special! Satinder Sartaaj: Top melodies by the singer

Some names need no introduction and Satinder Sartaaj is one of them. Satinder Sartaaj is counted amongst the most prominent Punjabi singers, songwriters, poets and actors. Today as the artist turns a year older, let’s celebrate the day with some of his beautiful melodies:

‘Sai’

‘Sai’ is one of the most famous devotional songs by Satinder Sartaaj. Right from the lyrics to the composition to vocals, everything in the song feels very divine. The song released in 2010 and now it’s been eight years, and till date, it carries the same charm. Thus, ‘Sai’ had to be the top song in the list of Satinder Sartaj’s best tracks.

‘Tere Pind Wallon’

In 2014, Satinder Sartaaj released an album ‘Rangrez’. ‘Tere Pind Wallon’ is a track from the same album. It’s a love ballad mixed with beautiful beats. The melody’s backdrop has been set in the beautiful valley of Kashmir. It tells the tale of a lover returning to his village, to find his lady love waiting for him. The track is one of such rare songs that not only touch your heart but also make you groove instantly. Besides giving his vocals, Satinder also worked on the lyrics of the song.

‘Nilami’

Another beautiful track with which Satinder Sartaaj tugged at the hearts is ‘Nilami’. It was a sad romantic number released in June 2018. The song records the sweet silly love in the most special way and at the same time, it brings forth the pain of betrayal. With Jatinder Shah’s music and Satinder Sartaaj’s vocals as well as lyrics, the Punjabi music world got an amazing melody in the form of ‘Nilami’.

‘Tere Vaastey’

To hook the audience in 2018 Satinder Sartaj released the album ‘Seasons of Sartaaj’. The album had different colors of love encapsulated within. ‘Tere Vaastey’ portrayed the pain of incomplete love. Written and sung by Satinder, the song had music by Jatinder Shah. The video of the song featured the Bollywood actress Nargis Fakhri in a very elegant and charming character.

‘Sajjan Raazi’

Released in 2016 ‘Sajjan Raazi’ is another very beautiful melody by Sartaaj. It revolves around the story of a girl and guy madly in love with one another. However, the girl doesn’t want others to know about the couple and thus, tells Satinder to treat it as their own lovely secret. This composition also has the magic of Satinder’s lyrics and vocals blended with Jatinder Shah’s music.
