Sivakarthikeyan's 'Parasakthi' is making waves at the box office, nearing Rs 3 crore on its second Sunday and crossing Rs 49 crore domestically. Worldwide collections have soared to Rs 79.4 crore. Tamil film ‘Parasakthi’ starring Sivakarthikeyan has been performing well and keeping up a good momentum at the box office. The film, after a solid start, has been able to pull decent numbers. As per the latest reports, the film was close to earning Rs 3 crore on its second Sunday.As per a report by trade analyst Sacnilk, the film in its first week made over Rs 36.25 crore, which made up a major chunk of the earnings. Later, during the working weekdays, the film progressed at a steady pace. On its seventh day, the film collected Rs 5 crore and went on to earn an estimated Rs 4.85 on Saturday and Sunday, scoring an estimated Rs 2.90 crore. The total collection of the film stands at Rs 49 crore. On the other hand, the film has also seen a good presence in the international markets, as the worldwide collection stands at Rs 79.4 crore.

Theatrical occupancy

Speaking about the film’s occupancy, ‘Parasakthi’ had an overall 27.99% Tamil occupancy on Sunday. The days started with a 17.66% occupancy for morning shows and eventually rose to 37.18% by afternoon. After peaking during the afternoon shows, the occupancy then decreased to 35.48% in the evening.
