No arrest for Powerstar!

A case was registered on Dr Srinivasan in a cheque fraud case, as filed by Ganesh, after a cheque issued by him had bounced. Powerstar Srinivasan made an appearance in the Madurai Court on 8th April, following a non-bailable arrest warrant issued against the actor.
The presiding Judge Sundaram however has cancelled the arrest warrant after Powerstar���s appearance and has pushed the hearing for April 25th."The case is baseless. Ganesh was formerly my car driver, who has filed an inappropriate case" said Powerstar. According to the actor, Ganesh had allegedly flicked the former's cheque book and has hence come up with the fraudulent case.
The actor was summoned twice by the court but had not turned up, prompting a non-bailable arrest warrant issued against him.
