Second trailer of Darshan starrer 'Thumbaa' unveiled

We had earlier reported that KJR Studios which had recently scored mega-success with the blockbuster of Thala Ajith's 'Viswasam' has acquired worldwide theatrical rights for the upcoming adventure drama titled 'Thumbaa'. Harish Ram, who has been an associate to Durai Senthil Kumar and has worked in movies like 'Ethir Neechal', 'Kaaki Sattai' and 'Kodi' will be making his directorial debut with this film.

Previously two songs, 'Jilebara' and 'Pudhusaatam' has already been released which was received well and the third song titled 'Humpty Dumpty' is composed by Santhosh Dayanidhi and it is sung by Sivakarthikeyan. Now the latest update is that the film's second trailer was released.



Going by the trailer, the film promises a lot of action and adventure with some generous doses of comedy in the mix and a heavy dose of special effects. The makers are eyeing for June 21 release.

The film stars Darshan of 'Kanaa' fame along with Dheena and Arun Pandian's daughter Keerthi Pandian in the lead roles. Anirudh will be composing a song for 'Thumbaa' while the other tracks and background score will be delivered by the sensational music duo Vivek-Merwin of 'Orasadha' fame and Santhosh Dhayanidhi.
